Lily James and Matt Smith are still going strong and may take a major step in their relationship. The 29-year-old Cinderella and Downton Abbey actress and 35-year-old The Crown and Doctor Who actor started dating in 2014 and made their public debut as a couple the following year. "We want to get somewhere,'" she said. "That's going like, 'Can we go furniture shopping?' We bought a rug...and I love getting flowers and making things look nice." James also told the...

Kim Kardashian did good fighting for Alice Johnson's clemency, but at least one U.S. congressman thinks President Trump played celeb favorites and that has no place in the prison reform discussion. We got Rep. Steve Cohen of Tennessee Wednesday on Capitol Hill, and he says there's a downside to Kim successfully lobbying Trump ... in the big picture. Cohen's afraid it will set a bad precedent for other harshly or wrongly convicted prisoners. In other words,
When it comes to digging up a captivating whodunit story, Netflix is the place to be. The popular streaming service has released a slew of hauntingly addictive true crime serials like Making a Murderer, The Keepers, and Evil Genius. In The Staircase, it breathes life into an infamous old case, updating a critically acclaimed French docuseries that was originally released in 2004.
The Staircase follows the trial and conviction of crime author Michael Peterson, who was accused of murdering his wife Kathleen in 2001. Peterson had called authorities and said that his wife had fallen down a flight of stairs. But forensic scientists suggested that Kathleen's head wounds indicated blunt force trauma. Things did not look good for Peterson, who was the only other person in their North Carolina home at the time of her death.
Prosecutors also probed the death of a family friend named Elizabeth Ratliff, who too

She loves Danny DeVito's work, so she took him to prom! Last month, now-Pennsylvania high school graduate Allison Closs brought a cardboard cutout of the 73-year-old It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor with her to the dance. She posted on Instagram photos of herself posing with her prom "date" in a photo booth, writing, "A night I'll never forget." DeVito returned the favor. Model-turned-entrepreneur Tyra Banks kicked off Variety’s inaugural Path to Parity women’s summit on Wednesday in West Hollywood, sharing her experiences of navigating the fashion industry before shifting to start her own show and other business ventures.
The Path to Parity summit gathered industry leaders, talent, show runners, producers and legal minds actively working for women’s advancement in the #MeToo and Time’s Up era. Hosted at the Jeremy Hotel in Los Angeles, Wednesday’s event features conversations with industry leader including showrunners Gloria Calderón-Kellett, Kenya Barris and Jill Soloway; attorneys Gloria Allred and Nina Shaw, and Mila Kunis.
When news broke that Warner Bros. was finalizing a deal to revamp Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, the collective response was, "Do we really need another one?" The general consensus might shift, however, now that a stellar shortlist of actors has been released. According to Collider, Donald Glover, Ryan Gosling, and Ezra Miller are being considered for the titular role previously made famous by Gene Wilder.
With casting options like that, you really can't go wrong. Though the role is something a seasoned actor like Gosling could easily handle, the La La Land star might lack some of the fearless whimsy the other two actors seem to master. While Miller transforms into any role he's given from Justice League's The Flash to Fantastic Beasts's tortured Credence, it would be incredible to see Glover take on another project of this scale following his turn in Solo and Disney's upcoming Lion King reboot.

As his camerawoman got a good chuckle out of the whole scene, Brown also picked up on the silly vibe.

Are Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid dating again? All signs point to yes. The on-again, off-again couple first struck up a romance back in November 2015. In June 2016, Zayn and Gigi briefly split, but quickly reconciled. Earlier this year, the 25-year-old singer and 23-year-old model called it quits again due to their busy schedules which caused them to "drift apart."
Following reports of their breakup, Zayn released a statement on Twitter, writing, "Gigi and I had an incredibly meaningful, loving and fun relationship. I'm grateful to all of our fans for respecting this difficult decision." Gigi followed up with her own statement, writing, "I'm forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared. As for the future, whatever's meant to be will always be."
Well, it seems things are on the mend for the ex-couple if Gigi's latest Instagram snap is any evidence. On Wednesday morning,

The actor released a statement on his Twitter on Wednesday after the news of his exit broke on Tuesday. "Yo! Soo as a lot of you have now read, I'm not returning next season as a series regular for The Flash or Legends. When it comes to voice cracks, have mercy on Shawn Mendes. The 19-year-old has spent most of his musical career in the midst of puberty and, as a result, has had to cope with the literal highs and lows of his voice. "Puberty—it's a weird thing," he quipped to James Corden on The Late Late Show Tuesday night. "You saw me at the beginning of puberty, halfway through...now I'm a full grown man with chest hair," Mendes joked. Nowadays, while his voice has deepened, he chooses to sing higher through "falsetto," a technique that helps the singer hit notes outside of their range. "I was obsessed with falsetto,"...

“I give Jaden props,” the actress, 46, said of her son’s sartorial risk taking on the latest episode of Red Table Talk alongside Jade, her daughter Willow and mother Adrienne Banfield Norris. In 2016, Jaden famously became the face of Louis Vuitton womenswear.
